Refund Policy
Refund decisions depend on the agreed scope, work already completed and the circumstances of the request. This page sets out the general approach.
Last reviewed: August 16, 20261. Scope confirmation comes first
Before paid work begins, the assignment scope, expected deliverable, deadline and agreed price should be confirmed. Students should provide the complete brief and any relevant rubric or technical requirements so the scope is not based on incomplete information.
2. When a refund may be considered
A refund may be considered when an agreed paid service cannot be provided, when work has not started and the request is cancelled promptly, or when another circumstance justifies a refund under the specific agreement.
3. Work already completed
If work has already been completed or substantial time has been spent on research, planning, technical setup, analysis or review, a full refund may not be appropriate. Any refund decision should take the completed portion of the agreed scope into account.
4. Change of brief or requirements
New requirements introduced after work begins may change the scope, deadline or price. A change in university instructions, assignment files, technical environment or word count is not automatically treated as a failure of the originally agreed service.
5. Grades and academic outcomes
No specific grade, mark or academic outcome is guaranteed. Academic assessment remains under the control of the student and institution, and students are responsible for complying with their university rules and making their own final submission decisions.
6. Requesting review
Contact us promptly with the original brief, agreed scope and a clear explanation of the issue. We will review the relevant communication and work completed before confirming the available resolution.
